At Togglewise, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our approach to subscription cancellations and refunds. We aim to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly in all billing matters.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new accounts:

  • No credit card is required to start your free trial
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charge
  • Your trial ends automatically if you do not subscribe to a paid plan
  • All your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration

3. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Togglewise account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  3. Click on Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm your cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after subscription ends
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before data deletion

4. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund available upon request
  • After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period, but you retain access until the period ends

Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 14 days of payment: Full refund available upon request
  • After 14 days: No refunds, but you retain access for the full year

Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues (e.g., extended downtime exceeding 24 hours, critical bugs preventing use), we will provide pro-rated credits or refunds at our discretion. Please contact us with details of the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your order/invoice number (if available)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to appear
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom enterprise development or integration work
  • Usage overages beyond plan limits
  • Subscriptions cancelled outside the refund eligibility window
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

8. Plan Changes

When changing plans:

  • Upgrading: You will be charged the prorated difference immediately
  • Downgrading: The new rate applies at your next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for downgrades; you retain premium features until the current period ends

9. Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

  • Your data is retained for 30 days in a read-only state
  • You can export your data during this period
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
  • Reactivating your subscription within 30 days restores full access
